About The Position
Duval Ford Fleet is seeking experienced Installers to perform vehicle outfitting and up-fitting services. This role involves the installation and removal of various equipment in vehicles.
Requirements
- Knowledge of vehicle wiring.
- Able to identify electrical circuits.
- Able to work on and see small objects.
- Good hearing and color vision.
- Be prompt and prepared to work.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, motor vehicle check and pre-employment drug test.
- Able to present a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Experience with installation of emergency lighting.
- Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT).
Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of equipment, including but not limited to: Lightbars, Sirens, Speakers, Consoles, Laptop mounts, Push bumpers, LED Lighting, Prisoner cages, Gun racks.
- Perform physically demanding tasks.
- Access confined spaces.
- Communicate well with others.
- Work on and see small objects.
- Be prompt and prepared to work.
