About The Position

Install premium replacement windows and doors in residential homes. Perform finish carpentry, interior and exterior trim work, and related remodeling tasks. Measure, fit, and install products to company quality standards. Safely operate hand and power tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Work closely with Lead Installers and team members to complete projects efficiently. Communicate professionally with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Follow installation procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational carpentry training preferred.
  • 1+ years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, installation, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to our Williston location.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with finish carpentry, trim work, window installation, door installation, or residential remodeling is a plus.
