About The Position
Olympia has a role for an experienced Office Furniture Installer or Technician with experience assembling desks, cubicles, panels, modular furniture files and shelving on our team. Every day is different, but you will be expected to always represent Olympia Moving to the best of your ability, professionally communicate with our clients, collaborate with our team, assemble and install office furniture and related products, load/unload and inspect product, prepare and clean up job sites, and receive consistent and ongoing training. We are a rapidly growing relocation company with 300+ employees and locations in Boston, Washington DC, Austin, Philadelphia, and now open in Tampa Florida. Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications and assess job orders
- Possess a complete set of tools
- Above-average strength, stamina, and fitness
- Must be able to lift and carry 55+ lbs
- Engaging communication skills
- Accountability to clients, and co-workers
- Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge
- Available for on-time early dispatch and flexible work schedules
- Must successfully pass a background investigation
- High school or GED equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous moving experience
- A drivers license is preferred
