About The Position

Assists Lead Installer with the installation of household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, etc. This role involves preparing appliances, assisting with job paperwork and data entry, cleaning work spaces, pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse organization. The position requires a driver's license, customer service skills, and the physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform frequent bending and lifting.

Requirements

Driver's license required.
Customer services skills and an ability to present oneself in a professional manner as a representative of the company.
Able to lift heavy objects, above 100 lbs.
Physically capable of frequent bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

Assisting with the installation of household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.
Preparing appliances as directed by the lead installer.
Assisting the lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
Cleaning the work space before departure from the job site.
Pulling orders for scheduled installs.
Assisting with loading the truck for daily installs and deliveries.
Unloading and cleaning the truck at the end of the work day.
Respectful handling of the customer and customer information; directing customer questions to the lead installer.
Performing other related warehouse duties as assigned or requested by management.
Responsible for warehouse organization.
