Requirements

Mechanical repair training and/or experience
Knowledge of and experience with of hand tools
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational ability, focus on the needs of the customer
Can-do attitude with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills
Safety focus – toward self and coworkers
Desire to learn and continuously improve self and surroundings
Must be willing to work different shifts if necessary
Must be willing to work from ladders and able to lift 50lbs
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Must have own basic tools

Responsibilities

Drive excellence in customer service through proactive communication and meeting commitments
Proactively accomplish equipment installation and/or repair activity as assigned
Drive to meet and exceed productivity, cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards
Efficiently diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment and truck/trailer systems
Follow established technical and administrative processes as directed
Adhere to all shop procedures while completing tasks and efficiently closing repair orders
Participate in OEM and other training programs as deemed appropriate
