About The Position

Build Something That Performs at the Highest Level We’re looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our installation crew building world-class indoor running tracks and sports surfaces. If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling to new places, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship—this is the job for you. What You’ll Do Install indoor running tracks and athletic surfacing systems Prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply coatings Operate hand tools and specialized installation equipment Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time and to spec Follow safety guidelines and company standards on every job Travel to job sites across the country (most of the year) What We’re Looking For Construction or general labor experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person) Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends when needed Comfortable working on your feet and in various job site conditions Team player who takes pride in doing quality work Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate Clean criminal background required Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Demonstrated punctuality and dependability Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules What You’ll Get Competitive pay + travel opportunities Per diem and paid travel expenses Hands-on training and skill development Opportunity to grow into lead installer or supervisor roles Work on high-profile athletic facilities across the country Why Join Us? Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
