About The Position
Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. is an international company that designs, manufactures, sells, and installs stairlifts. Due to rapid growth, the company is seeking skilled and highly motivated Installers to represent the company in their local market. The role involves performing service, repair, and installation of stairlift products, providing technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment, and diagnosing mechanical, hardware, and system failures using established procedures. Training is provided.
Requirements
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Interpersonal, Organizational, Problem Solving and Communication skills
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the job requirements
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 100 pounds
- Commits to long hours of work and travel when necessary to reach goals
- Drivers' license required; prolonged amounts of time operating a vehicle

Responsibilities
- Perform service, repair and/or installation of stairlift products
- Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and system failures, using established procedures
- Act as the face of the company for your local market
