About The Position

Culligan Water of Harrisonburg is seeking an Installer Trainee to join their growing team. This is an entry-level, hands-on training role where the trainee will learn the fundamentals of plumbing, equipment installation, and water treatment systems through on-the-job training and support. This position offers a clear path for long-term growth in the water treatment and installation field. The company is willing to train the right candidate, especially those who have recently graduated from high school with Vo-Tech training in plumbing, mechanical systems, or a related field, or individuals who are mechanically inclined and ready to learn a trade.
