About The Position

Eco Garage Door Services, a subsidiary of Windsor America, is expanding into Nashville and is seeking an Installer & Service Technician to help establish its presence. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of building a new market for a fast-growing company. The role involves diagnosing problems, making repairs, and performing new installations for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will take pride in their craft, thrive on variety, and want to grow with a brand as it enters a new city.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in field service, repair, construction, or home services
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly with customers
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage your time and work independently
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside a brand entering a new market
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and carry it short distances

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of garage door service or installation experience
• Familiarity with residential or commercial door systems, openers, or hardware
• Background in field service, trades, or home improvement industries
• Knowledge of the greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair garage door systems for residential and commercial customers
• Troubleshoot springs, cables, openers, tracks, and hardware with confidence and efficiency
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience that makes Nashville customers want to call us first every time
• Perform new door installations and help grow our installation volume as the market expands
• Manage your schedule and jobs independently while maintaining high standards on every call
• Handle heavy components safely, including springs, panels, and hardware
• Represent Eco Garage Door Services in the community and help us build a reputation Nashville can trust
