Installer – HVAC Entry Level Residential New Construction
About The Position
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join the R&R installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and clean craftsmanship while honing your craft. Requirements
- Valid EPA Certification
- Washington electrical and Idaho trainee cards
- Gas Mech 1
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Nice To Haves
- Nate Certification
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- Washington O6A Electrical License
- Idaho Journeyman
- Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan
- Procore knowledge
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to plans and specifications
- Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems
- Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners
- Perform quality checks to ensure clean craftsmanship and proper system performance
- Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety and PPE policies
- Communicate effectively with builders, foremen, and supervisors
- Represent R&R with professionalism and customer-focused service
