Installer - HVAC Commercial Lead
About The Position
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Lead Installer to join our installation team at R&R Heating. This position is designed for proven leaders who are eager to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with project management to ensure timely project completion, champion strict safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service while driving our culture of continuous improvement. Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects.
- Washington Electrical Trainee Card
- Valid EPA Certification
- Gas Mech 1
- Idaho Journeyman
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
- Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Nate Certification
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan
- Procore knowledge
