About The Position

Five Star Bath Solutions is looking for a reliable and hardworking Installer Helper to join our team in the Detroit Metro area. We specialize in high-quality bathroom renovations, including tub and shower replacements, walk-in showers, and wet area remodeling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to learn and grow in the home improvement industry. As an Installer Helper, you will work alongside experienced installers to assist with bathroom remodeling projects. This position includes helping with job site preparation, material handling, demolition, installation support, cleanup, and making sure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Five Star Bath Solutions standards.

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Able to lift and carry materials as needed
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work in the Detroit Metro area

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of tools is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
Construction, remodeling, plumbing, or installation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with bathroom remodeling and wet area installation projects
Help load, unload, and carry materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare job sites by protecting customer homes and setting up work areas
Assist with demolition, removal of old tubs, showers, walls, and fixtures
Help with installation of shower systems, tubs, wall panels, trim, accessories, and related materials
Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
Follow instructions from the lead installer and production team
Assist with cleanup at the end of each day and after job completion
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in customers’ homes
Follow all company safety procedures and job site standards
