About The Position

Installation Helpers go through intensive classroom and on-the-job training, working to the highest levels of their capability, with the goal of quickly elevating to the Installer level. Installers create Organization, Beauty & Joy for our customers. It’s what we do and how we do it that sets Closet America apart from its competitors, making us the largest locally owned business of its kind in the DMV.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, associating parts to proper assemblies.
• Ability to understand different hardware types and ability to do final surface detailing.
• Ability to carry product through weather into workspaces.
• Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result.
• Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends/month.
• Ability to manage personal and professional demands to help meet critical business needs as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work to the highest levels of capability with the goal of quickly elevating to the Installer level.
• Assemble product without damage.
• Conduct and appearance is professional and to company standards and policies.
• Clearly communicate with customers and colleagues to assure expectations are met.
• Perform work accurately, to the mm, and thoroughly to CA quality levels.
• Find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
