Requirements

Proven experience in installation or carpentry, ideally with custom closets or similar storage solutions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina and dexterity, comfortable using hand and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Expertly install custom closet and storage systems according to company standards and customer specifications.
Assemble, mount, and fit cabinetry and shelving with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Diagnose and resolve any installation challenges promptly and effectively.
Transport and handle materials and equipment responsibly to prevent damage.
