About The Position

Art of Drawers is looking for part-time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service. We offer averages of $50–$80 per hour depending on pace and project size. We provide 3-day training covering installation standards, product systems, troubleshooting, and finish expectations. There is a direct track to Lead Installer with a potential pay increase. You will work with high-value DIFM customers who pay for quality and often request additional projects. This role offers low risk and high support, with materials provided and minimal administrative burden. Opportunities for bonuses and referral fees are available, along with additional client work as many installers build ongoing relationships that lead to direct side projects outside of Art of Drawers.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.
• Professional, punctual, customer-respectful demeanor.
• Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines.
• Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly.
• Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product.

Nice To Haves

• Cabinet refacing or related experience is a plus.
