Requirements

  • Invoicing and POS Systems
  • Inventory System
  • Read Blueprints
  • Exercising discretion and independent judgment in responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, write simple correspondence and effectively present information to others one-on-one
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram or schedule form

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the overall profitability of trim installed sales
  • Training, supervising and directing the work of trim installation crews
  • Performing quality checks at jobsites
  • Maintaining production or installation records
  • Planning trim installation work
  • Apportioning the work among the trim crews
  • Overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks
  • Providing for the safety and security of the trim crews
  • Assisting with any estimates that will need performed in the field
  • Addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers
  • Training, mentoring and evaluating trim installers
  • Monitoring Safety Standards
  • Overseeing the maintenance of all equipment
  • Assisting with estimating
