We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Insulation Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality insulation solutions.

Requirements

No “insulation” experience required but is preferred.
Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills and hand tools, preferred
Have a valid driver license and good driving record
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient insulation.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
Must be able to work on ladders up to 28ft
Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight or confined spaces for extended periods.
Must be able to work in hot, cold, or humid environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and other non-climate-controlled areas.
Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, gloves, goggles, and protective clothing.

Responsibilities

Install a variety of insulation materials, such as fiberglass and foam, in residential and commercial properties.
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces accurately.
Seal gaps and joints to ensure effective insulation and energy efficiency.
Safely operate equipment, such as blowers or sprayers, to distribute insulation materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
Adhere to safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
