About The Position

North Carolina Sound (NCS) is seeking a hands-on, entry-level Installation Technician to join their Field Operations team in Winston-Salem. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality installations at customer sites, working alongside experienced Lead Technicians. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude with tools and installation equipment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Technical training is a plus
• Experience in installation, field service, or a related trade preferred

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring company systems and components at customer sites
• Supporting system performance and ensuring proper functionality
• Working closely with Lead Technicians to execute project plans
• Following installation standards to maintain quality and consistency
• Troubleshooting issues and assisting with technical problem resolution
• Maintaining accurate installation documentation and reports
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols on every job site
• Managing tools, materials, and equipment at project locations
