About The Position

Three Sixty installs and removes seating systems in stadiums, arenas, theaters, and government and military facilities. This role involves extensive travel across the country, working with a small crew that becomes like a second family. The job requires working with hands, being part of a traveling crew, and adapting to changing schedules. It is a physically demanding role with opportunities to see new places and work in unique venues.

Requirements

• Willingness and genuine desire to travel regularly, including overnight and multi-day trips
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50lbs, work on your knees for extended periods, and stay on your feet
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a thorough background check due to the nature of some of our contracts, including government and military work
• A personable, easygoing nature
• Comfortable working at heights, in large venues, and in varying job site conditions
• Experience with hand tools

Nice To Haves

• General construction experience
• Prior carpentry experience

Responsibilities

• Install and remove seating systems in stadiums, arenas, theaters, and government and military facilities
• Load and unload trucks, and prepare and clean up job sites
• Assemble and secure seating components using hand and power tools
• Follow project specifications, layouts, and safety protocols
• Work closely with your crew and foreman to hit project deadlines
• Learn the ins and outs of multiple seating manufacturers and product lines over time
