About The Position

Culligan of Kalispell is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed in installing water treatment equipment servicing residential and commercial customers. As an Installation Technician with Culligan, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the proper installation and service of our products and systems for customers. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality Culligan service. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose our systems following training and will be comfortable consulting with customers to effectively understand their needs. Our Installation Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success providing face-to-face customer service to our existing and prospective customer base, as well as the face of the Culligan brand to the community. They also communicate vital information in regard to customers to other dealership departments.

Requirements

  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and be insurable by Company insurance plan
  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (expected to be able to sit, stand, lift up to 90 lbs and maneuver within tight spaces)
  • Must be able to safely operate/drive a commercial vehicle on a daily basis for approximately 6-8 hours
  • Mechanically inclined, problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
  • Demonstrate competency in Windows, Android and other software platforms
  • Outstanding “team” attitude
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, and motor vehicle record check, as applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in water treatment and/or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical related industry is preferred, although not required
