Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of window treatment installation experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to safely use tall ladders (10'+)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Install a variety of window treatments, including: Hard treatments (blinds, shades, shutters) Soft treatments (draperies, valances, etc.) Motorized window treatment systems
Provide professional, friendly service in clients' homes
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
