About The Position
Responsible for leading Installation Technicians, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and up to client standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Able to climb 20' to 40' ladder and work outdoors in various weather
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with lighting, decor, and basic electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with seasonal decor or lighting installations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to Installation Technicians and oversee installation processes.
- Participate in installations
- Communicate any issues or delays to management.
- Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks.
