About The Position

As an Installation Support Tech, you will provide technical support at any of our brick and mortar, mobile, or on-site locations. Core Duties include preparing orders, stocking shelves, transporting vehicles, maintaining shop organization, preparing parts for application, cleaning vehicles, assisting with daily tasks and monthly inventory, laundering towels, cutting kits, performing final inspections, and providing client transportation as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Adherence to deadlines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders
• Stock shelves with various six boxes of film
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership
• Keep the shop picked up, organized and clean
• Help prepare parts for application
• Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with monthly inventory
• Keep towels laundered
• Cut kits
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles
• Porter clients as needed
