About The Position

At Stone Systems, we are looking for an Installation Supervisor for our fabrication shop located in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multinational environment that is rapidly expanding, with numerous challenging projects to be a part of. The Install Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of custom-made countertops according to customer and work order specifications. This position also involves administering and supervising the tasks of application installation workers and associates within the company.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant work experience.
High School Diploma/GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to use power tools effectively.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

Supervising the installation of custom-made countertops to customers and work order specifications.
Administering and supervising the tasks of application installation workers and associates.
Leading the team to complete a given project.
Planning and scheduling install crew per project.
Random inspection of install crews.
Site walk-through and planning for the installation process.
Ensuring that materials and equipment are ordered for scheduled installations.
Instructing crews on the proper use of materials and quality standards.
Reviewing integration documents to ensure accuracy.
Resolving customer issues and problems encountered by installation teams.
Performing minor job repairs when needed.
Collaborating with and managing workflow with Fabrication Leads.
On-site installation supervision/management.
Day-to-day communication with clients and vendors regarding the installation process.
Scheduling internal and external project team meetings as needed.
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced.
