About The Position

This is a part-time position where you will lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time, ensuring timelines and budgets are met for each project. You will organize project details before, direct the team onsite, and follow up on installations with clients. You will also supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects, providing clear direction and support both in person and remotely. Addressing store concerns and execution challenges, and building strong relationships with store management are key to delivering top-notch results. This role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work and managing time effectively across multiple projects.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Able to read, write and communicate in English
Comfortable using smart phone technology
Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
Strong communicator and motivator
Organized, dependable, and adaptable
A problem-solver who leads by example
Comfortable working independently while supporting a team

Execute New Department Installations, Remodels and Floor Sets
Lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time
