This role is for an Installation Superintendent for KONE Miramar, FL, responsible for managing local installation operations and leading a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors. The position requires a strong focus on safety, team performance management, schedule adherence, and collaboration across all organizational levels, with an appetite for learning new technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant construction expertise.
- Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce.
- Familiarity and comfort in leading a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors.
- Professional experience where implementing and monitoring safety guidelines has been a top priority.
- Success in effectively managing a schedule and tracking team's overall performance.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
- Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge.
- Familiarity in working with general contractors.
- Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
