Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service via phone, chat, and email to customers, installers, and partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Address and de-escalate customer service issues, escalating to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Schedule installation projects with precision and manage updates to support field offices effectively.
• Review field measurements and sold contracts, resolving discrepancies to ensure installations meet exact specifications.
