Requirements

Active Secret security clearance.
Active DoD 8570 baseline IAT Level I certification (such as A+, Network+, CCNA- Security, SSCP, CND).
High School Diploma or GED: 1 year of experience
Associate’s degree: Experience not required
Experience in deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers.
Experience configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots system software.
Configures profiles and facilitates device set-up.
Initiates device operating system updates.
Performs audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.

Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
