Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Active DoD 8570 baseline IAT Level I certification (such as A+, Network+, CCNA- Security, SSCP, CND).
• Relevant education/IT experience requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED: 1 year of experience
• Associate’s Degree: Experience not required
• Experience in deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers.
• Experience configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions and issues related to Information Technology (IT).
• Provide technical assistance to minimize disruptions to computer operations.
• Maintain documentation and track metrics for all requests, monitored weekly by the customer.
• Assess problems involving hardware, software, and communications, taking appropriate action or escalating to higher-level IT staff per organizational IT policies or test mission requirements.
• Provide users with feedback, updates, and status on their requests according to local procedures and customer direction.
