Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Active DoD 8570 baseline IAT Level I certification (such as A+, Network+, CCNA- Security, SSCP, CND)
• Relevant education/IT experience requirements: High School Diploma or GED: 1 year of experience Associate's Degree: Experience not required
• Experience in deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers
• Experience configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions and issues related to Information Technology (IT)
• Provide technical assistance to minimize disruptions to computer operations
• Maintain documentation and track metrics for all requests, monitored weekly by the customer
• Assess problems involving hardware, software, and communications, taking appropriate action or escalating to higher-level IT staff per organizational IT policies or test mission requirements
• Provide users with feedback, updates, and status on their requests according to local procedures and customer direction
