About The Position

As an Installation Service Technician/CDL Driver, you'll play a key role in delivering and maintaining our beverage systems. You'll perform on-site surveys, drawing up basic plans for beverage system installations. You'll be the go-to expert for making sure everything runs smoothly. Part of your role will include performing regular preventative maintenance on ice machines at restaurants, retail locations, and other commercial facilities. You'll take care of the cleaning and upkeep of these machines, be responsible for loading finished products onto trucks, moving them to warehouse storage, and ensuring that the right materials are in place for smooth operations. You'll be expected to follow all FDA compliance regulations and procedures, working within our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). Additionally, you'll handle preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring everything stays in top condition. Throughout the day, you'll maintain open communication with the Operations Manager to keep track of equipment and material needs, ensuring the work is completed efficiently, and collaborate with team members at the warehouse and corporate office to make sure company goals are met. Managing your time and prioritizing tasks will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CDL Class B preferred
  • HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time hours with a rotating on-call schedule
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, and push/pull up to 400 pounds
  • Comfortable climbing and balancing on ladders
  • Clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment physical test
  • Ability to pass drug testing and background checks
