About The Position
The Installation & Service Tech Trainee will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our services and equipment for our customers. This position is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in the field, allowing the trainee to develop the necessary skills to perform installations and troubleshoot issues effectively. The goal of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all equipment is installed correctly and functions optimally. Trainees will work closely with experienced technicians, gaining insights into best practices and industry standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must submit to and pass a Background Check and Drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a technical or mechanical role.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of equipment and systems at client locations under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Participate in routine maintenance and service calls to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Document installation processes and service activities accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.
- Learn to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service and support during installations and service visits.
