About The Position

Requirements

Structured introduction and skill training
3+ years experience
Ability to travel overnight 100% of the time
May require weekend work
Live near a major airport
Superb customer and communication skills
Organized, self-sufficient and capable of working with little or no supervision
Can successfully demonstrate thorough/ advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area
Requires a background check, drug screen & valid drivers’ license
Must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Responsibilities

Start-up and calibrate of MR System installations in accordance with factory instructions and specifications.
Provide expert level installation support to field service organization and communicate and escalate technical issues and delays.
Keep installation projects on schedule while assuring quality.
Evaluate room layout and installation quality of our mechanical install vendors.
Troubleshoot, correct vendor and factory errors and mistakes; order missing or damaged parts; provide feedback to vendors, factory, project management and planning.
Travel with customer-facing stakeholders (e.g., those required to visit a customer/business partner site or interact in-person with customers at any conference or meeting) OR visit on-site, whether regularly or occasionally, at any Siemens Healthineers location.
