About The Position

We are excited to bring on an Installation Processor II to join our Group Protection Claims & Operations Team. In this position you will perform and deliver on routine and non-routine assignments for your assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. You will provide production‑level support for assigned Implementation Managers by independently managing system configuration for all assigned cases. You will execute standardized configuration tasks with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and throughput while meeting established service‑level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.

Requirements

  • High School or GED (Minimum Required)
  • 2 - 3 Years of customer service, product and/or service implementation and/or project management experience (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform end‑to‑end system configuration for assigned implementation cases in accordance with defined requirements, timelines, and established procedures.
  • Support assigned Implementation Managers by completing configuration and processing activities on their behalf to enable timely and accurate case progression.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Contracts, Enrollments, and other internal stakeholders to complete dependent workstreams and ensure readiness for implementation.
  • Review sold case information and identify participation, guarantee issue, billing, commission, contractual, and eligibility requirements using established underwriting guidelines.
  • Execute system transactions accurately, including applying sales credit and ensuring all case data is entered and validated in designated systems.
  • Compile, review, validate, and finalize all required documentation and deliverables to support successful case installation and implementation handoff.
  • Provide guidance and instructions to team members and internal partners on contract creation, certificate generation, enrollments, file usage, and system processes to ensure accurate billing and quality outputs.
  • Conduct enrollments of member into appropriate administrative systems and/or conducts reinsurance reviews, when applicable.
  • Process all sold cases end‑to‑end, ensuring required documentation is obtained, system entries are completed, and output materials are finalized to deliver a high‑quality implementation experience.
  • Maintain accurate case updates and documentation to support tracking, reporting, audit readiness, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, demonstrating flexibility, responsiveness, and a customer‑focused approach at every touchpoint.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, accuracy, and service‑level standards in a high‑volume, production‑based environment.
  • Independently deliver routine work while making routine and non‑routine decisions within defined guidelines, escalating matters of significance appropriately.
  • Apply expanded role knowledge to increasingly complex cases and continuously build knowledge to improve performance and effectiveness.
  • Support and promote change management efforts and departmental or enterprise initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility.
