About The Position
Metro Renovations is hiring an experienced Installation Manager to lead bath and shower installation operations in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area. This full-time, hands-on leadership role is suited to someone with construction, installation, and quality-control experience who can manage a team and support a strong customer experience throughout the project. Metro Renovations provides remodeling solutions for homeowners, commercial clients, and customers with accessibility needs, with a focus on acrylic bath and shower systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of installation or construction experience.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Experience in quality assurance and customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Background in acrylic bath systems.
- Plumbing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and schedule bath system installations.
- Lead and support installation crews to ensure timely, high-quality workmanship.
- Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders.
- Manage warehouse inventory and vendor relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations.
- Check in regularly with clients and request referrals.
- Handle permitting, documentation, and CRM updates.
- Support installers with on-site issues and service calls.
- Analyze job costs and service trends to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training installation staff.
- Manage installation calendars and time-off requests.
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets, receipts, and completed jobs.
