About The Position

Installation Manager | Warehouse Manager | HVAC & Plumbing Operations Coordinator Jacksonville, IL Build the Team. Lead the Process. Keep Jobs Moving. Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning and HRI Plumbing are seeking an organized, hands-on leader to oversee our installation operations, warehouse, inventory, scheduling, and job readiness processes. This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, working with installers, managing materials, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and making sure every job is ready before the crew arrives. If you're the type of person who takes pride in organization, accountability, efficiency, and getting things done right the first time, we'd like to talk with you.

Requirements

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction or installation operations
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, warehouse management, or construction operations preferred
Inventory management and purchasing experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership of results

Responsibilities

Coordinate residential HVAC and plumbing installation projects
Schedule and support installation crews
Ensure all equipment, materials, permits, and paperwork are ready before each job
Manage warehouse organization and inventory
Stage upcoming installation jobs
Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections
Track inventory and purchasing needs
Support installers with logistics and jobsite problem-solving
Maintain fleet, warehouse, and shop organization
Work closely with sales, dispatch, management, and installation teams
Help improve processes and increase operational efficiency
