The Manager of Installation represents Waites as an installation project manager onsite at our customers’ locations (both domestically and internationally). This person is primarily responsible for driving installation success, managing the installation team members assigned to the project, and installing Waites equipment on customer machines and equipment. The Manager determines the daily schedule, communicates with customer contacts onsite and internal project stakeholders (Sales, CSMs, Engineering, leadership, etc.), manages onsite inventory and shipping, and promotes a safe, positive, professional, and fun work environment.
