They are looking for legitimate, local installation business owners who take pride in their craftsmanship, run professional crews, and want to partner with a company that respects them and provides consistent, year-round work. This is an opportunity to partner with a company that handles all selling, estimating, and material logistics, allowing installation partners to focus solely on execution. They offer fast, reliable pay for clean, zero-punch-list installations, and prioritize keeping work local to reduce drive times. Dedicated Field Managers will provide on-site support.

Requirements

• Operate as a legitimate business entity.
• Provide proof of up-to-date General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance policies.
• Possess own reliable trucks, trailers, tools, brakes, and safety gear.
• Commitment to professionalism, maintaining a clean, safe job site, and delivering a 5-Star "WOW" experience.
• EPA Lead-Safe Certification (required depending on the age of homes).

Nice To Haves

• Specialization in James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding (including knowledge of Hardie clearances and warranty specs).
• Specialization in Premium Vinyl Siding.
• Specialization in GAF Roofing Systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute installations of James Hardie siding, vinyl siding, and GAF roofing systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Deliver a 5-Star "WOW" experience to homeowners.
