About The Position

The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists, confirming customer details, and scheduling inspections. This role involves proactive customer contact, ensuring timely submission of inspection reports, and coordinating with subcontractors. Additionally, the Installation Coordinator will support the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects and share phone coverage responsibilities with the Service Coordinator. A designated "Quiet Hour" will allow for focused scheduling and administrative work, away from phone coverage.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity
Confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances
Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections
Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion
Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports
Supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects
Sharing phone coverage responsibilities with the Service Coordinator
