About The Position
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Installation Coordinator. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
Requirements
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers.
- Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic.
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal organization skills.
- Ability to work well with people.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager with daily tasks.
- Field client calls.
- Record service issues reported by installers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Read blueprints for jobs.
