Under moderate supervision, this role coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. The Installation Coordinator keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders, and customer complaints. This role also coordinates the delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites, ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner, and obtains building permits, ensuring that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off. Additionally, the role tracks warranty accounts, handles claims, and resolves customer complaints.
