About The Position
As an Install Apprentice, you’ll work side‑by‑side with highly skilled Lead Technicians installing Closets by Design’s custom products — including closets, home offices, garage cabinetry, wall beds, media systems, and more. Apprentices learn in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and typically advance to Installer within 4–6 weeks, with a clear path to Lead Technician earning up to $40/hour. Apprentices work alongside highly skilled Lead Technicians installing Closets by Design's products in a safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
Requirements
- Comfortable using a measuring tape, drill, and basic DIY tools
- Clean driving record and current auto insurance
- Enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills
- Motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Ready to participate in our training program and grow into a skilled technician
