About The Position

Entarian is seeking Installation and Fielding Support to support the Program Executive Office (PEO) Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (MLB) which manages the Logistics (LOG) Information Technology (IT) portfolio. This portfolio is composed of 300+ afloat and ashore IT systems/applications with 150,000+ users across all Naval Systems Commands (SYSCOMs) and Naval Operational Forces (NOF) to include ships, carriers, submarines, USN/USMC aviation squadrons, and Naval Expeditionary Forces. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is a joint user of LOG IT capabilities and is part of the program requirements. LOG IT enables essential business operations for various capability groups. This role will support the delivery of the following to the LOG IT Portfolio: the integration of common capabilities, data, and support services, improvement of service performance and reduction of operational costs through the reduction/elimination/automation of duplicative services, capabilities, and data sets, and an Integrated Platform and DevSecOps Pipeline, and Continuous Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS). The position shall provide support to manage programs and projects within PMW 200 as they relate to the United States Marine Corps and its assigned RO. In addition, the position will provide support to PMW 200 program managers as required. Support to the PMW 200 Marine Corps RO and program management personnel will include the following. Act as the technical point of contact for PMW-200 Marine Corps Liaison on all matters. Prepare and deliver a variety of technical assessments, analyses, comments, questions, and recommendations for the RO or PMW-200 program managers on current and future products being fielded. Prepare and provide recommendations for interface requirements, standards, specifications and other documentation with regards to concept of operations of PMW-200 programs. Edit, review, and provide technical comments, questions, and recommendations related to PMW-200 systems and future IT initiatives. Provide guidance on architectures, prototypes, and policy with regards to PMW-200 products supporting Marine Corps and Navy. Analyze installation and production operations and systems, to include providing recommendations for risk reduction strategies. Provide expertise in USMC and Navy IT networks, ashore and afloat, processes and complication to PMW-200 program management personnel. Liaison on a regular basis with PMW-200’s In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) on hardware requirements, configurations and procurements for Navy and USMC products. Work directly with the ISEA on system specifications, design requirements, and product evaluation for Navy and USMC products. Provide weekly interface and participation with PMW-200 applications Central Design Activity (NIWC) on various topics; Advance Planning Group activities, USMC installation coordination, DAP and IAVA support, IA actions, NTCSS Virtual Environment upgrades, Help Desk Support, and Proof-In testing. Provide technical guidance to NAVAIR PMA’s on PMW-200 current and future product requirements. Provide technical guidance to USN and USMC TYCOMs on all matters pertaining to the fielding, deployment and life cycle support for NTCSS and OOMA systems. Brief stakeholders on PMW-200 current product status, future improvements, design, integration, and required cybersecurity configuration changes. Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance on PMW-200 products to USMC and USN training activities. Review and update USMC mission functions and task to support Integration and Interoperability requirements as they apply to engineering and design processes during development and upgrades. Review USMC logistics mission functional requirements to assure PMW-200 products are aligned to Marine Corps most current warfighting doctrine. Provide technical guidance to the RO on cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other tools that support the USMC logistics community. Provide established knowledge base on USMC logistics community deployment requirements where connectivity is Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent, or Limited, creating challenges for communication, data access, and technology use.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of a current DoD Secret level clearance.
  • 10+ years’ experience performing U.S. Naval maintenance activities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Naval Maritime maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Experience fielding Logsitics In-Service Applications.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of naval logistics and readiness management functions and systems (3M).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (ex. Word, Excel, Power Point).
