The Senior Technician leads complex installations, provides advanced troubleshooting, and mentors apprentices and associates. Requirements
- 4–6 years of fire system installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of code compliance and system integration.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
Nice To Haves
- NICET Level II or higher strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation and commissioning of advanced fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Mentor and train apprentices and associates on technical skills.
- Ensure installations meet NFPA, state, and local codes.
- Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and customers.
- Provide advanced diagnostics and problem resolution.
