About The Position

Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) is hiring an Install Plumber to join our team in Gypsum, CO. You'll lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installations throughout the mountain-community market, working alongside a skilled team to deliver quality workmanship, reliable service, and clean, professional installations.

Requirements

Valid Colorado plumbing license required for the role
2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
Proven ability to lead installation projects and work effectively as part of a team
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish
Perform and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment
Work alongside and mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on support
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirements
Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and PSI quality standards
Troubleshoot installation issues and make sound decisions in the field
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each project
