We’re looking for an experienced Residential Excavation Install Manager to lead and oversee our installation department. This role is perfect for a strong leader who knows residential plumbing inside and out, keeps jobs running smoothly, and knows how to motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time. You’ll be responsible for managing installers, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Physically able to lift and carry materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead residential excavation installation crews
• Schedule and coordinate installation jobs and manpower
• Ensure installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Oversee job progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in the field
• Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices
• Work closely with sales, dispatch, and service teams
• Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment readiness
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Enforce safety policies and best practices
