The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, educate homeowners on repair and upgrade options, and perform installations and repairs. Requirements

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• MN Journeyman license required
• Hands-on residential electrical experience
• Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
• Strong communication and technical electrical skills
• Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues.
• Educate homeowners and confidently present repair, replacement, and upgrade options.
• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Utilize modern tools and technology.
• Collaborate with dispatch and teammates.
• Deliver safe, high-quality work and a 5-star customer experience.
