About The Position
SPATCO Energy Solutions is hiring for its Install Crew. The position works as part of a team on ground-up construction projects installing piping, tanks, and electrical and mechanical systems. SPATCO provides classroom and on-the-job training for installation and construction positions. Work may take place at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, airports, and other locations. Travel to job sites may be required, including overnight travel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
- Ability to work with others to ensure deadlines are met.
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience.
- Experience in the petroleum industry and familiarity with petroleum products.
- Installer certifications in the product line.
- Heavy equipment operation experience.
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites, which may require overnight travel.
- Operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
- Work with concrete, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
- Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to help ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
- Follow safe housekeeping practices, including cleaning up the job site at the end of each day.
