About The Position
SPATCO Energy Solutions is hiring an Install Crew team member for ground-up construction projects that build fueling and charging stations in retail, commercial, industrial, and government settings. The role works as part of a team to install piping, tanks, and electrical and mechanical systems. Work may take place at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, airports, and other locations. The company provides classroom and on-the-job training for installation and construction positions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
- Ability to work with others to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience.
- Experience in the petroleum industry and familiarity with petroleum products.
- Installer certifications in the product line.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites, which may require overnight travel.
- Operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
- Perform concrete work, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
- Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to help meet deadlines.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
- Follow safe housekeeping practices, including cleaning the job site at the end of each day.
