About The Position

Goettl is seeking an HVAC Install Coordinator in Phoenix to manage HVAC installations from the point of sale through final completion. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of the installation process, including communication, scheduling, permit management, and final job close-out. The company has a long history and is experiencing significant growth in the Southwest region.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management ability
• Computer proficient: email, MS Office, and related tools
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
• Prior coordination or scheduling experience in a home services environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installations from point of sale through final completion
• Communicate with customers at every stage of their installation
• Schedule all jobs with complete accuracy
• Manage the permit and inspection process on every job
• Perform post-installation Happy Calls on all completed installations
• Ensure 100% of jobs are properly closed out in ServiceTitan
• Collect payment on 100% of installation jobs
• Serve as the link between customers and installation crews
